We don’t just ship products — we send frequency. Every package is a transmission.
Where we ship:
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. If you’re located elsewhere and feel called to our products, please reach out: hello@vanessagrutman.com
Processing time:
Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days from our Florida studio. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping carriers:
We use USPS and UPS for domestic shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Local pickup:
Not currently available, but may be offered seasonally.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping provider directly.
We are happy to assist with documentation, but cannot be held responsible for carrier issues.
International Orders
Customers outside the US may be charged import duties, taxes, and customs fees by their local authorities upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and cannot be predicted or controlled by us.
