Duration Options

You choose your rhythm:

Food, Fasting & Nourishment

This detox does not require fasting, but it invites you into a more conscious relationship with what you consume. A detailed nourishment guide including recipe ideas will be sent once you purchase the protocol. 

➤ Eat to support detoxification:

  • Lightly cooked vegetables (especially cruciferous)

  • High-mineral broths, soups, and stews

  • Clean proteins like wild-caught fish, pasture-raised poultry, hemp seeds, or bone broth (especially at dinner)

  • Small amounts of gluten-free grains (quinoa, rice) or root veggies (sweet potato) in the evening to ground the nervous system

  • Healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, ghee) to support bile flow

  • Alcohol, caffeine, processed sugar

  • Dairy, gluten, eggs and red meat (pork and beef)

  • Cold/raw meals in excess (which can stagnate detox pathways in sensitive women)

➤ Optional fasting rhythm:

Some women choose to do a light intermittent fast (e.g., 12–14 hours overnight), simply by delaying breakfast. This is welcome but not required. The intention is ease, not rigidity.

How do I take the tinctures?
Take the elixirs twice daily:

How much water should I drink on this protocol?
You should be consuming about 80-100 oz of water each day throughout the detox. Much of this will come from your filtered water intake along with herbal teas and broths. 

PS. Expect to pee a lot more during the detox week: it's a crucial way to flush toxins out.


Can I drink anything besides water?
Yes, you may also drink unsweetened and caffeine-free herbal teas; especially ginger tea. Please avoid coconut water or any beverages with sugar (natural or added).

It's recommended to avoid all carbonated drinks during the detox. After you complete the detox sparkling water is okay.


Should I continue with any prescribed medication during the protocol?
During the protocol you should stay on all prescription medication prescribed by your healthcare practitioner, please also confirm that none of your medications are contraindicated with any of the ingredients in the detox.


Can I exercise during the protocol?
Exercising is absolutely fine and recommended but the intensity should be reduced as you will be running on less calories than usual. This is a great week to prioritize walking in nature, yoga, pilates or any low-impact activities.  Pay close attention to how your body is feeling. The main goal of the detox is also to give your body time to rest and rejuvenate.


Is fasting required during the protocol?
No. Fasting is completely optional. The Golden Flow Protocol is designed to support detoxification through botanical and lifestyle support, not deprivation.

For those doing the 14 or 21-Day Golden Rebirth path, an optional 24-hour fasting window may enhance results, but it is not required to experience benefits.

This protocol works through consistency and regulation, not extremes.


I thought the liver already detoxes on its own - why does it need support?
You’re correct, the liver is designed to detoxify naturally.
However, modern life places an increased burden on the liver through:

I’m a heavy coffee drinker, how should I approach this?

For example:

• Then transition to green tea or herbal alternatives
